Our client is seeking a skilled Hardscape Crew Leader to oversee and execute high-quality hardscape projects. The primary objective of this role is to guide a dedicated team through successful installations while maintaining safety, efficiency, and exceptional craftsmanship. During the winter months, this role transitions into the snow division to guarantee year-round employment.

Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and operate a crew focused on the installation of various hardscape features, including paver patios, fire pits, sitting walls, retaining walls, and landscape lighting.
- Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to crewmembers to foster a supportive and educational team environment.
- Operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Ensure all projects meet the company's high standards of quality, safety, and integrity.
- Transition to the snow and ice management division during winter months to support seasonal operations.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in hardscape installations is required.
- Prior experience in crew leadership or team management.
- Proficiency in general landscape and hardscape installation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate related landscaping and construction equipment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
