Seven Executive are retained on a General Manager assignment for a high-growth PE-backed Commercial Landscape maintenance location out in Bradenton, Florida
This is roughly a $9.5m location, and it is part of a larger $150m commercial landscaping organization that operate across the US
Summary
The General Manager is a business leader responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and team leadership across a defined branch. This role owns the full lifecycle of maintenance service delivery from workforce planning and scheduling to client satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability.
The ideal GM must operate as both a strategic business leader and hands-on operator, ensuring that field execution, people leadership, and financial discipline align to deliver exceptional service and sustainable growth. This is someone with proven ability to run complex, project-driven operations at scale within or without landscape experience. This individual brings both technical mastery of service operations and the business acumen required to own full P&L performance of $5-15M in ARR.
Experience Required
- Multi-site or complex branch leadership experience ($10M+ revenue preferred)
- Strong operational background in field-based service businesses
- Proven P&L ownership and team leadership (40+ employees)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
- Hands-on, field-oriented leadership style
