Position Summary The Inventory Manager oversees and maintains accurate levels of both live and hard good inventory to ensure alignment with sales forecasts, production goals, and shipping schedules. This role works closely with the production, logistics, and growing teams to monitor stock, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize inventory flow across facilities. Key Responsibilities o Inspect and maintain live and hard good inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and operational targets. o Perform daily random audits of live inventory to confirm accuracy between physical counts and inventory records. o Record and reconcile all daily deliveries and shipments of live and hard goods. o Analyze and input production work accurately and timely. o Review raw material inventory quantities required for production and shipping to prevent delays. o Distribute all production-related paperwork, including Planting/Breakdown Reports, Cutting Reports, Sowing Reports, Pull Reports, and Production Forecasts. o Print and distribute UPCs and box/cart labels for packaging and distribution. o Coordinate and document transfers of live and hard goods between locations or facilities. o Collaborate with the growing team to ensure inventory and production support sales forecasts and customer orders. o Maintain and analyze the shrink report to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement. o Assist with logistical paperwork as needed to support shipping and receiving operations. o Create, update, and maintain reports and forms for the Growing Department.
