The Opportunity
This is a high-autonomy, seasonal position perfect for someone looking for a flexible 7–10 days per month (with potential for more as our client base grows). If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for plant health, we have a place for you!
Your Responsibilities
- Property Care: Visit designated accounts to maintain landscaped beds and ornamental areas.
- Weed Management: Hand-pull larger weeds (3”+) and precision-spray smaller growth using a backpack sprayer.
- System Logging: Use the Nektyde system to track progress, log site notes, and communicate with the office.
- Client Experience: Ensure that every property looks its absolute best for our patrons and staff.
What You Bring to the Team
- Plant Knowledge: A solid understanding of weeds vs. perennials/ornamentals is essential.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: You are someone who notices the small things that others miss.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to bend, kneel, and work outdoors for 6–8 hour shifts.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems/tablets for reporting.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are required.
