Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman Pay Range: $24.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the Front: Manage and mentor a crew of 1–3 landscapers.
- Customer Connection: Be the "face" of the company on-site—keeping homeowners informed and making expert recommendations.
- Site Excellence: Maintain a professional image and ensure all tools and vehicles are organized and hit productivity goals.
- Operational Flow: Keep systems and paperwork updated to ensure the day runs smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: At least 3 years in the landscaping industry with proven experience in a leadership role.
- Horticulture Passion: You know your plants, you have a keen eye for design, and you never miss the small details.
- Professionalism: You have a valid driver’s license and communication skills to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Work Ethic: You love staying active and aren't afraid to get dirty to get
