Our client is seeking an experienced Driver and Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee daily landscaping operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal professional will take ownership of site maintenance during the growing season and transition to assisting with critical snow removal operations during the winter months.

Responsibilities

Drive a truck and trailer safely to various scheduled job sites.
Perform lawn maintenance functions, including mowing using brand new stand-on mowers.
Safely and efficiently operate all assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipment on a daily basis.
Lead the lawn maintenance crew to ensure efficient operations and high standards of work.
Assist the team with essential snow removal operations throughout the winter season.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Demonstrate sufficient lawn maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience.
Possess proven crew leading ability and prior leadership experience.
Exhibit a good working knowledge of landscape materials and industry best practices.
Be fully able to handle the physical demands and outdoor working conditions required of the job.

Compensation

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
