Our client is seeking an experienced Driver and Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee daily landscaping operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal professional will take ownership of site maintenance during the growing season and transition to assisting with critical snow removal operations during the winter months.
Responsibilities
- Drive a truck and trailer safely to various scheduled job sites.
- Perform lawn maintenance functions, including mowing using brand new stand-on mowers.
- Safely and efficiently operate all assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipment on a daily basis.
- Lead the lawn maintenance crew to ensure efficient operations and high standards of work.
- Assist the team with essential snow removal operations throughout the winter season.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrate sufficient lawn maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Possess proven crew leading ability and prior leadership experience.
- Exhibit a good working knowledge of landscape materials and industry best practices.
- Be fully able to handle the physical demands and outdoor working conditions required of the job.
Compensation
- $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
