The Hardscape Foreman will direct a skilled crew to execute high-end residential landscape projects and ensure exceptional on-site operations. Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled hardscape crew in servicing residential properties and constructing luxury outdoor environments across the area.
- Operate company vehicles, trailers, and specialized hardscape equipment safely and efficiently on a daily basis.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper working order of all assigned vehicles, trailers, and machinery.
- Train and mentor new crew members on industry best practices, safety guidelines, and proper installation techniques.
- Deliver high-quality service and precise craftsmanship to ensure every project meets premium standards.
- Execute additional on-site and operational tasks as required to support and advance the company's overall objectives.
Requirements
- A valid Chauffeur's License is required for this role.
- Proven, hands-on professional experience in hardscaping.
- Demonstrated background in successfully leading and managing a hardscape crew.
- Strong capability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and field equipment.
- A dedicated commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining standard-setting craftsmanship.
