About the Position This full-time position focuses on performing essential hands-on landscape maintenance tasks for commercial client properties. The selected candidate will work closely alongside experienced crew leaders to deliver high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general site upkeep.
- Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete daily routes efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with snow and ice operations during winter events.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs..
- Experience with landscape equipment preferred.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, during winter snow events.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20-25/hour
- Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
