Position Overview:
As a Regional President for PSG, you will have multi-site responsibility and play a critical role in driving the overall success, growth, and profitability of your partner companies. This senior leadership position requires exceptional strategic acumen, strong operational expertise, highly analytical, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of General Managers and local leadership. Ideal candidates should be adept at working on top-level, strategic initiatives, but also getting into the details of issues within a business and solving problems side-by-side with local teams. A desire and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and dynamic organization is critical. The President will be responsible for ensuring coordination across partner companies, alignment on strategic goals, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Champion PSG’s values and ensuring alignment between local culture and enterprise mission
- Identify and develop next-generation leaders across partner companies
- Establish and review key operational metrics and ensure measurement and review of these metrics for all companies
- Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- Work with PSG leadership and General Managers to develop annual list of strategic initiatives for each company; create ownership and workplans to attain desired results
- Support the rollout of PSG-led initiatives to partner companies
- Conduct regular on-site visits with companies and weekly one-on-ones with GMs, driving business performance and progress on operational initiatives
- Identify and manage the key levers in each business that drive enterprise value; use this to drive priorities, actions, coaching, and training
- Analyze financial reporting; work with local teams to develop annual budgets; plan for, evaluate, and approve capital expenditures
- Recruit, train, mentor, and educate local leadership teams
- Serve as a visionary leader to inspire your local teams and ensure understanding of PSG priorities, goals, and objectives
- Facilitate communication between PSG leadership and local leadership teams

- Achieving or exceeding annual revenue and EBITDA targets
- Delivering on annual strategic initiatives and long-range plan goals
- Driving operational efficiencies, cost improvements, and collaboration across companies
- Building leadership depth and improving employee retention
- Strengthening customer satisfaction, productivity, and safety metrics
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of executive or management experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Sound understanding (and skills) of financial management and budgeting
- Ability to lead multi-site teams and interact at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical prowess, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to inspire teams and build strong relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating leadership in all scenarios
Travel: Approximately 30-50% travel anticipated.
