Job Title: Sales Director
Location: Northwest Indiana

Compensation: $70,000 base salary + quarterly efficiency bonuses
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead our growing sales department and drive company revenue. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales management experience with a deep understanding of marketing strategy and performance analytics. This individual will oversee the sales team, implement goal-tracking systems, and collaborate closely with ownership to align departmental efforts with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies that support company growth and profitability goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Establish clear KPIs, goals, and reporting systems to monitor team and individual performance.
- Collaborate with ownership to forecast revenue, allocate resources, and set departmental priorities.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a consistent and professional client experience.
- Utilize ClickUp and LMN to manage pipelines, track projects, and monitor sales performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and progress reviews to ensure accountability and goal alignment.
- Analyze data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement, using insights to refine strategies.
Marketing Integration
- Work directly with the marketing department to align campaigns and promotions with sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Use Google Workspace tools to collaborate on reports, content planning, and performance dashboards.
Customer Engagement & Brand Representation
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated client interactions as needed.
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand.
- Support efforts to strengthen client relationships and drive referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management roles, ideally within construction, landscaping, or home improvement industries.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop KPIs, and achieve measurable growth.
- Strong working knowledge of ClickUp, LMN, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of marketing concepts, digital funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with a data-driven, strategic mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 annually
