Landscape Maintenance Account Manager
Location: Denver, CO (serving the Colorado Front Range)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure top-quality service, and drive growth through enhancements and renewals.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the Southern Denver region. Your role will focus on:
Client Relationships & Retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to client concerns within 48 hours and resolve issues promptly.
- Secure annual renewals and maintain client retention goals (92% portfolio retention).
Operations & Quality Control
- Conduct property inspections and ensure all services meet contract standards.
- Coordinate with Field Supervisors, Operations, and Admin staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Support snow removal services and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
Sales & Enhancements
- Proactively identify and propose enhancements, extras, and water-right projects (up to $5,000, with leadership approval).
- Collaborate with Business Developers to achieve sales goals and drive portfolio growth.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills; outgoing and client-focused.
- Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and basic irrigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Sales or account management experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- 5+ years of landscape/related experience OR degree in Landscape Horticulture.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience leading client accounts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.50 – $29.00 per hour (DOE)

Working Conditions:
- Standard workweek with occasional evening and weekend hours to meet expectations.
- Work location is in-person.
- Occasional outdoor fieldwork.
- Company vehicle provided after 60 days, including for personal commutes.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
