Key Responsibilities:
- Execute framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry for residential renovation projects
- Interpret blueprints, design plans, and client specifications with accuracy
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, subcontractors for seamless execution
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and always uphold safety protocols
- Install doors, windows, flooring, and custom millwork with attention to detail
- Troubleshoot site conditions and adapt plans as needed to maintain quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members supporting a tailored renovation experience
- Protect client property and maintain a respectful presence in home
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and design plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic job site conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Experience working in high-end residential environments a plus
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must speak English clearly for safety, teamwork and effective job performance
- Own and the ability to use an iPhone or Android
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 60+ pounds, stand for extended periods, work in varied indoor and outdoor environments
- Comfortable working with power tools, heavy machinery, dust, noise, and construction materials
- Capable of climbing ladders, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks with precision
Compliance and Safety
- Adherence to company safety policies, PPE requirements, and daily tailgate meetings
- Participation in ongoing safety training and certifications
- Prompt reporting of incidents, near-misses, and equipment concerns
- 3-4-day workweek to provide enough downtime to recover from the physical demands of the work
