interior landscaping, is seeking an experienced
General Manager to oversee operations, lead our team of plant care technicians, and drive growth through innovative design and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Design, Sales & Marketing
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and generate new business
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative interior landscaping solutions
- Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends
Team Training & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and support field technicians to ensure service excellence
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen technical and customer service skills
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-focused team culture
Customer Care
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions
Operations & Administration
- Oversee scheduling, procurement, and inventory management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing in partnership with accounting
- Prepare performance reports and identify areas for operational improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general management or a leadership role in a commercial service business
- Strong sales and marketing skills with ability to drive business growth
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in operations, administration, and basic financial management
