Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Savannah, GA. The Landscape Installation Manager will oversee three landscape construction crews and subcontractors and is responsible for implementing design-build projects. This position provides leadership, training, and support to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on landscape and/or construction experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
● Supervise and coordinate daily work for 3 landscape installation crews
● Manage project scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment logistics
● Train and mentor crew leaders and team members in landscape construction best practices
● Monitor quality control, safety, and efficiency on all job sites
● Interpret landscape plans and ensure installation follows design specifications
● Communicate progress, needs, and issues with project managers and designers
● Oversee materials ordering and deliveries to maintain project timelines
● Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
Qualifications
● 3–5 years of experience in landscape, construction or a related field
● Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience required
● Strong understanding of landscape installation techniques, equipment, and materials
● Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans
● Excellent organizational and communication skills
● Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
● Excellent communication and client coordination skills
● Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
● Relevant certifications and training in landscape management or related fields are beneficial
Compensation and Benefits
● Competitive salary based on experience - $60,000-90,000 annually plus performance bonuses
