Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Hanover, PA, with regular travel to all Crownstone branch locations.
The Director/Vice President of Service and Parts will oversee all operations within the service and parts departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This executive will drive strategic initiatives to strengthen team performance, enhance process consistency, and optimize the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading service and parts teams to deliver exceptional customer support and operational efficiency
- Developing and executing strategies for growth, profitability, and process improvement
- Managing departmental budgets, performance metrics, and P&L accountability
- Collaborating closely with branch managers and executive leadership to align priorities
- Implementing best practices across all stores to standardize operations and performance
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team leaders to ensure accountability and high morale
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-location service and parts operations
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and operational execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the equipment dealership, construction, or heavy machinery industry is highly desirable
- A customer-first mindset with a track record of building high-performing teams
