Transformed Landscaping Co. is hiring dependable, hands-on crew
members for residential landscape construction and installation
throughout the Austin area.
We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, follow
instructions, care about quality, and want to develop useful
construction skills. Experience in landscaping, masonry, carpentry,
welding, irrigation, or equipment operation is valuable.
This is primarily a landscape construction and installation position,
not a mowing route. You’ll work alongside an experienced crew on
projects that turn landscape designs into finished outdoor spaces.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare jobsites and move, organize, and install landscape materials.
- Plant trees, shrubs, and Texas-native plants according to project
plans and crew-lead direction.
- Install soil, mulch, decorative gravel, and rock gardens.
- Help build steel edging, retaining walls, fences, planters, and
other landscape features.
- Assist with stone, block, and paver installation.
- Assist with carpentry, including framing and decking.
- Help install drainage and irrigation systems.
- Prune and trim plants as needed for project work.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely, with
appropriate protective gear.
- Keep tools, materials, and jobsites clean and organized.
- Learn new techniques, take feedback, and build your skills through
hands-on training.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant experience in landscaping or a construction trade. At least
one year of landscape experience is preferred.
- Dependability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.
- The ability to follow instructions, ask questions when something is
unclear, and work well with a crew.
- Attention to detail and willingness to correct work that does not
meet the standard.
- Honesty, accountability, and respect for clients, coworkers,
equipment, and property.
- Willingness to perform physical outdoor work throughout the year.
- A valid driver’s license.
Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus. Tell us which tools,
equipment, and installation tasks you already know well.
THE PHYSICAL WORK
This is an active outdoor job involving digging, bending, kneeling,
carrying, and moving construction materials. Safe material handling,
proper equipment use, and teamwork are essential.
