What You'll Do
- Perform expert pruning, trimming, and structural tree maintenance to ISA and ANSI A300 standards
- Support tree health evaluations that keep our communities' landscapes thriving
- Operate arbor care equipment safely, including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
- Represent HLEI professionally on-site with property managers and community members
- Document your work to support ongoing tree management plans
What We're Looking For
- Experience in tree care, arboriculture, or landscape maintenance (preferred)
- ISA Certified Arborist credential a plus, or motivation to pursue it
- Commitment to proper pruning technique; we never top, tip, or lion-tail our trees
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
- Comfort working outdoors in all conditions
- A team-first attitude and pride in doing the job right
