Southern Image Landscape is hiring full-time crew members for our commercial landscape maintenance team in Kissimmee, FL.
Southern Image Landscape has served Florida since 1985, providing professional landscape maintenance, irrigation, tree care, and landscape installation services throughout Central and North Florida.
PAY
- Landscape Crew Member: $17-$18 per hour
- Qualified Driver/Crew Member: up to $20 per hour
- Pay depends on experience, responsibilities, and driving eligibility.
SCHEDULE
- Full-time
- Typical start time: 6:30 AM
- Typical end time: around 4:00 PM, depending on the day, route, weather, and workload
- Employees generally work approximately 8 hours per day
- 1-hour lunch break
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mow, edge, trim, prune, blow, and clean commercial properties
- Maintain plants, shrubs, mulch, and landscaped areas
- Assist with basic irrigation checks and minor landscape repairs
- Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
- Work efficiently as part of a landscape crew
- Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Help keep customer properties clean, safe, and professionally maintained
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Able to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Willing to learn and work safely
- Reliable transportation to the Kissimmee work location
- Must be willing to complete a drug screening in accordance with applicable law
DRIVER OPPORTUNITY
Crew members who meet Southern Image Landscape’s requirements to drive company vehicles may qualify for increased pay of up to $20 per hour.
