Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries from luxury residential clients to propose tailored maintenance packages and property upgrades.
- Evaluate existing landscape conditions, focusing on elements like drainage improvements, to generate new upsell opportunities.
- Build precise, detailed estimates using specialized industry software without taking on full design-build responsibilities.
- Deliver highly polished, professional presentations to second- and third-home owners in the region.
- Hand off secured contracts to the Account Management team to ensure consistent, high-quality ongoing service.
- Leverage AI tools and estimating systems to streamline daily operations and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
- Deep background in horticulture, encompassing advanced identification of regional trees, shrubs, and plants.
- Thorough understanding of local Northeastern environmental variables, such as soil pH, moisture retention, and shade patterns.
- Mandatory proficiency in landscape business management platforms, specifically LMN or Aspire.
- Polished communication skills and an outgoing personality suited for interacting with high-net-worth individuals.
