This Hardscape Construction Foreman role leads and supervises on-site landscape installation crews to deliver exceptional, high-end workmanship. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on assigned job sites to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Execute comprehensive landscape construction work, including grading, planting, hardscape installation, irrigation, and drainage.
- Review project plans, layouts, and specifications prior to starting work to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overarching vision.
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members to maximize operational productivity.
- Monitor production, workmanship, and job progress throughout the day to maintain project schedules.
- Maintain job site safety and strictly enforce company safety policies to protect the team and property.
- Communicate job progress, potential issues, and material needs clearly to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Possess 5+ years of preferred experience in landscape construction or installation.
- Demonstrate prior experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques and associated materials.
- Possess the ability to accurately read and understand landscape plans and site layouts.
- Show a basic understanding of equipment operation and essential job site safety protocols.
- Display strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams on-site.
- Hold an active, valid driver’s license.
