Join the Quality Outdoor Services Team
Quality Outdoor Services is hiring an Experienced Landscape & Hardscape Crew Member to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, motivated professionals who can easily commute to Howell, MI and has at least three (3) years of hands-on landscaping and hardscaping experience who can contribute immediately with little to no training.

Position Summary
As an Experienced Crew Member, you will perform landscape installation, hardscape construction, lawn maintenance, and seasonal snow removal while maintaining Quality Outdoor Services' high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must already possess the skills and experience necessary to perform the work independently.
Landscaping & Hardscaping Responsibilities
* Install landscape projects including grading, planting, mulch, sod, drainage, bed preparation, and site clean-up.
* Construct hardscape features including brick paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, edging, and boulder walls.
* Read and follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor direction.
* Operate landscape equipment including skid steers, compactors, power tools, trucks, and trailers safely and efficiently.
* Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
* Follow all company safety policies and MIOSHA regulations.
Snow & Ice Responsibilities
* Perform snow removal using plow trucks, skid steers, snow blowers, and shovels.
* Apply salt and de-icing materials according to site specifications.
* Respond to winter weather events, including nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
* Complete service documentation accurately.
Qualifications Required:
* Minimum of three (3) years of professional landscaping and hardscaping experience.
* Proven experience installing paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading, planting, mulch, and sod.
* Experience operating skid steers, compactors, trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.
* Experience hauling equipment.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to safely perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Valid Michigan Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
* Chauffeur's License (Required).
* Must be able to easily commute to Howell, MI (within 15 - 20 minutes)
