Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and direct a team of landscaping and irrigation technicians.
- Lead crews with hands-on field work performing landscaping projects including mulching, shrub trimming, and planting trees and shrubs.
- Inspect completed properties to guarantee all work meets rigorous quality and aesthetic standards.
- Assist with ordering materials, crew scheduling, and other daily operational duties.
- Address and resolve on-site customer inquiries or concerns with prompt professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory, crew lead, or foreman capacity.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (State applicator or pesticide licensing is a strong plus).
- Strong working knowledge of turf management, fertilization schedules, and regional plant life.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and on-the-spot problem-solving skills.
