An Enhancement/Landscape Installation Manager oversees the execution of landscaping construction projects, managing crews, materials, and schedules to ensure high-quality, on-time completion within budget. Key responsibilities include site inspections, subcontractor coordination, client communication, safety compliance (OSHA), equipment maintenance, and sales. This is a full-time position with a base salary, benefits, plus commission based on sales. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Supervise all aspects of landscape construction, including hardscaping, planting, and irrigation installation. Crew Management: Hire, train, schedule, and lead field crews to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards. Operations & Logistics: Procure materials from vendors and coordinate equipment logistics for multiple projects. Quality Control & Safety: Conduct site walk-throughs to ensure quality and enforce strict safety standards, such as OSHA regulations. Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for client concerns, project updates, and final project walk-throughs. Enhancement/Installation Sales: Estimate and Sale Enhancement and Installation Jobs, working to meet set Sales Goals. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in landscape construction, crew management, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading landscape plans, horticultural knowledge, and proper irrigation installation. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization skills. Technical Tools: Experience with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office. Certifications/Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required; certified landscape professional (CLP) or pesticide applicator licenses are often preferred
