The Opportunity
We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to own and grow the Fall River, MA market. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role covering landscape and hardscape dealers and the contractor communities they serve. You'll be the face of Techo-Bloc in your territory — building dealer partnerships, educating contractors on our product systems, and converting market share from competitors through consultative selling and relentless visibility.

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer accounts across your Fall River territory through regular visits, product training, and display merchandising
- Prospect and develop new contractor relationships, positioning Techo-Bloc as the preferred paving and wall system brand on residential and commercial projects
- Conduct a minimum of 40 CRM-logged customer interactions per week (dealer visits, contractor calls, job site check-ins, lunch and learns)
- Deliver product knowledge and installation training sessions to dealer staff and contractor crews
- Monitor your territory performance through Power BI dashboards and adjust your activity plan to hit quarterly forecast targets
- Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to develop account strategies and pipeline priorities
- Complete TB's 20-week structured onboarding program including LMS training, mentor rep ride-alongs, and manager coaching
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in building materials, landscaping, construction products, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing a geographic territory and driving revenue growth through relationship-based selling
- High activity discipline — you are the rep who shows up when others don't, logs everything, and follows up on every commitment
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and data dashboards to manage your pipeline and report on activity
- Strong communicator who can present product value to dealer owners, counter staff, and working contractors with equal confidence
- Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field daily across the Fall River and surrounding South Coast territory
- Hardscape, landscape, or outdoor living product experience is a strong asset — but drive and the right sales fundamentals matter more than category knowledge
Additional Information
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 (SR1/SR2, based on experience)
- Sales bonus: Up to $25,000 annually, paid quarterly based on forecast achievement
- Kicker commission: Uncapped once you hit your forecast — every dollar above target earns commission
