Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate crew members on job sites.
- Coordinate daily plans, safety protocols, and task assignments.
- Monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Communicate with clients and the Project Manager throughout projects.
- Maintain organized, safe job sites while tracking crew time, progress, and material usage for daily reports.
- Participate in on-site installation work.
- Provide on-the-job training for crew members, as required.
