At Carol Woods, our Grounds Department does more than maintain landscapes—we create and care for the outdoor environment that thousands of residents, visitors, and team members enjoy year-round. We're looking for a Landscape Specialist I who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike. You might be:
🌳 Planting trees, flowers, shrubs, and seasonal color throughout our beautiful campus
🚜 Operating equipment including mowers, blowers, skid steers, dump trucks, vacuums, and other grounds equipment
🌿 Helping maintain healthy lawns through our turf care program
🍂 Leading the charge during leaf season with blowers, vacuums, and leaf loader trucks
🌺 Assisting residents with gardening projects and participating in our Private Duty Gardening Service
♻️ Supporting campus recycling and trash collection program
s💧 Helping maintain irrigation systems, drainage infrastructure, and stormwater management feature
