Responsibilities
- Direct, schedule, and route 2 to 4 active landscaping crews managing residential maintenance, design-build installations, and specialty seasonal services.
- Coach, mentor, and answers technical questions for crew members to build confidence, maximize efficiency, and uphold rigorous safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality control field checks to ensure all projects align with organizational guidelines and high customer standards.
- Address and resolve client concerns, service call inquiries, and project modifications with a servant's heart and professional diplomacy.
- Manage logistics, inventory control, and material sourcing to ensure crews are fully equipped with functional tools and necessary materials before heading into the field.
- Communicate proactively with residential and commercial clients regarding project timelines, scheduling updates, and potential service upsells.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience operating as a Landscaping Crew Leader or in an equivalent field supervisory capacity.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge spanning landscape maintenance, plant identification, hardscape design-build, tree/shrub removal, and snow/ice management.
- Strong multitasking, routing, and problem-solving abilities capable of managing shifting daily logistics.
- Solid administrative and office technical skills, including proficiency with email, word processing, and automated scheduling software.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 + 3% uncapped commission on all successful project upsells
