Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Direct daily field operations for either a residential landscaping crew (focused on edging, mulching, pruning, plant installation, and seeding) or a high-production lawn mowing crew.
- Coach and mentor crew members on proper safety protocols, equipment operation, and landscaping techniques to foster professional growth.
- Ensure all services—including landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree/shrub care, and winter snow removal—are delivered with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Solve real-time operational and logistical challenges on-site to maintain project timelines and maximize profitability.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure service delivery aligns perfectly with project specifications.
- Transition to lead snow and ice management operations during the winter months to provide seamless, year-round service continuity.
Requirements
- Proven crew leadership or supervisory experience within the landscaping or lawn maintenance industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, including plant identification, pruning, tree/shrub removal, sod installation, and commercial mowing equipment operation.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain high team morale under changing outdoor field conditions.

- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
