This person will provide on-site coordination, quality control, and leadership of their crew on site. Projects can range from annual plantings, small enhancement projects, spring clean-up and mulching, general weeding and pruning, as well as fall leaf clean-ups. As a foreperson you will be required to train your crew in all aspects of Landscape Maintenance and promote growth within the company. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager(s). Responsibilities:• Carrying heavy objects• Clean-up of properties• Correct Pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees• Planting and Mulching of gardens• Training crew members on all aspects of landscape maintenance• Snow Removal in winter monthsCandidate requirements:• 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience• Ability to be on your feet all day.• Ability to lift heavy objects.• Plant care knowledge• Communication Skills• Driver’s License • Knowledge of Spanish a plus• Attention to detail.• Ability to work well and train others
