Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Field Staff located in Chattanooga, TN. The Field Staff member will be responsible for performing landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and maintaining lawns and gardens. Additional responsibilities include operating landscaping equipment, troubleshooting garden issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The Field Staff will also assist in training new team members and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Training and mentoring others
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
