What we need now is a motivated and persistent Inside Sales Specialist ready to help fuel growth by creating new opportunities, building relationships, and supporting our Landscape Maintenance and Snow division.
The Role
This is a high-impact support role focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential customers, research opportunities, make outbound calls, and help open doors for new business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, organized, confident on the phone, and energized by creating opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship-building.
What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Make targeted outbound calls to prospective Landscape Maintenance and Snow customers
- Send follow-up emails to prospective customers after outreach efforts
- Establish initial connections and qualify opportunities for the sales team
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with prospective clients
Research & Opportunity Development
- Research prospective customers, properties, and decision-makers
- Build, organize, and maintain prospecting lists and contact databases
- Use technology and online tools to identify and update customer information
- Support ongoing pipeline development for the LM and Snow sales teams
Sales Support & Performance
- Assist the sales team in pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintain activity expectations related to outbound calls made, follow-up emails sent, appointments scheduled, and appointment show rates
- Track and maintain accurate outreach and prospecting records

Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or business development preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-up communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to multitask and manage outreach activity consistently
- Experience using CRM systems or prospecting tools is a plus
