Commercial Landscape Construction Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Landscape Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships, generating new business opportunities, preparing bids and proposals, and helping drive revenue growth in the commercial landscape construction division.
The ideal candidate has experience in commercial landscape construction, site development, or construction sales and understands the bidding and project management process for commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial business opportunities through networking, referrals, property managers, contractors, developers, and municipalities
- Meet with prospective commercial clients to assess project needs and develop solutions
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and competitive bids for commercial landscape construction projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, HOAs, property managers, and municipalities
- Track leads, proposals, and sales activity in CRM software
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial landscape construction sales or commercial construction sales required
- Knowledge of commercial landscaping methods, materials, and estimating
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-through
- Experience with bidding platforms and estimating software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
