We are seeking an Assistant Service Delivery Manager to perform essential environmental maintenance and support post-construction stormwater and lift station systems. This role assists the Crew Manager with administrative tasks and involves regional travel to support critical water management infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Perform general environmental maintenance to maintain and improve storm drainage systems and ponds.
- Operate landscaping equipment including weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, and chainsaws.
- Remove and properly dispose of sediment, trash, and debris from stormwater systems.
- Drive and maneuver company vehicles, specifically a pick-up truck and trailer.
- Execute extensive physical labor across a variety of weather conditions.
- Assist the Crew Manager with necessary paperwork and daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating basic landscaping equipment.
- Demonstrated experience driving a truck and trailer.
- Willingness to travel regionally for 4-5 days a week.
- Ability to comfortably perform extensive physical labor in diverse weather conditions.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, ability to drive a company vehicle, and insurability under the company's auto policy.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana due to safety-sensitive DOT regulations.
