(plant material is procured by our in house plant purchaser and is onsite in our holding yard)Collaborate weekly with Sales Team on upcoming projects and capacity planningManages daily and weekly production schedules, adjusting for weather, site readiness, and client deadlines.Proactively manage sequencing, expectations, and upcoming workloadsExcellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationshipsIn-depth understanding of plant / turf species, their care requirements, and seasonal needsEnsure crews understand project scopes and expectationsMaintain quality control on all projectsPromote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvementVisit active job sites daily to monitor progress, quality, and safetyIdentify and resolve field issues quickly and effectivelyEnsure proper job site setup, organization, and cleanlinessManage and lead field employees and subcontractorsAssign daily work orders for crews and monitor crew productivityProvide training and guidance to crew membersAddress performance issues and maintain accountabilityPromote a positive and professional work environmentEnsure crews, equipment, and materials are properly allocatedMonitor project timelines and adjust plans as necessaryTracks project costs and labor efficiencyMaintain proper use and care of tools and equipmentAssist with organization of company yard, trucks, trailers, and equipmentInspect completed work to ensure it meets company standardsEnsure work complies with plans, specifications, and customer expectationsIdentify and correct issues before project completionEnsure crews follow OSHA and company safety guidelinesMaintain clear communication with the office and leadership teamProvide daily updates on job progress and field conditionsCommunicate project needs, delays, or issues promptlyMonday through Friday minimum 45 hours per weekTypical start time between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM to 4 to 430 pmDue to the nature of construction and landscaping operations, this role may require assisting with additional duties as needed to support company operationsBenefitspaid holidays401k matchingInsurance Medical/Dental/Vision
