We’re looking for a Maintenance Account Manager to oversee client accounts, coordinate service delivery, and help ensure every property meets our standards.
Role Overview
The Maintenance Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while working closely with field crews and management. This role blends customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, and is ideal for someone with landscaping knowledge and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential maintenance accounts
- Serve as the main contact for clients, handling requests, questions, and concerns
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance
- Coordinate with Maintenance Foreman to schedule work and resolve service issues
- Identify opportunities for enhancements, upgrades, and additional services
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and work orders as needed
- Prepare billing by the 1st of every month
- Maintain accurate notes, schedules, and client records
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Plant knowledge, including the ability to identify plants, properly prune, and understand the long-term appearance and development of landscape properties.
- Previous experience in landscaping maintenance or property management
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices and standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
