The Landscape Maintenance Senior Superintendent will lead the maintenance and enhancement of landscapes for a variety of projects across the region. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role involves managing crews, projects, and client relationships to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
The Superintendent will also oversee scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, contributing to the success and reputation of our landscape maintenance division.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage multiple landscape management crews.
- Oversee personnel and project management to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and develop employees to enhance team performance.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial success.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience with responsibility for managing multiple crews.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices and OSHA compliance.
- Proven ability to manage teams ranging from 2-4 members effectively.
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to walk, bend, and lift items weighing 40-80 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
