Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Foreman to join our team installing mostly new residential and renovation installs. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be a team player, and have the capability to manage irrigation projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate irrigation installation and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Lead a team of workers, fostering a collaborative environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain inventory and manage equipment efficiently
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in irrigation systems and management
- Valid driver’s license with insurability to drive company vehicles
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
