Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Foreman to join our team installing mostly new residential and renovation installs. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be a team player, and have the capability to manage irrigation projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate irrigation installation and maintenance projects
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Lead a team of workers, fostering a collaborative environment
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Maintain inventory and manage equipment efficiently

Qualifications:

Relevant experience in irrigation systems and management
Valid driver’s license with insurability to drive company vehicles
Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
