Shinto Landscaping is adding a new Production Manager to its growing team! Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role will plan, schedule and direct crew member work and deliver high levels of quality work and customer service to our customers.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned crews and ensure adherence to daily tasks.
- Distribute daily paperwork and oversee equipment allocation.
- Conduct weekly equipment checks and daily safety inspections.
- Coordinate and lead weekly production and safety meetings.
- Generate work orders for serviced properties and address issues promptly.
- Manage crew training and oversee project execution.
- Handle job costing and inventory management.
- Maintain company vehicles and adhere to maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular safety equipment inspections and attend board meetings.
- Collaborate with senior management for scheduling and project updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in landscaping construction field position required; ideally 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual is preferred (English AND Spanish, French or Creole)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to direct and instruct others
- Comfortable using computers and other forms of technology is needed
- Must be 21 years of age or older to drive company vehicles with trailers
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Chemical Applicators License or Irrigation License is ideal
- Familiar with OSHA/Safety standards and able to ensure teams follow protocols
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through is a must
- Dependable and able to work independently on multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and attitude and open to feedback and continual learning
