About the Position As a Landscaping Specialist, you will perform all facets of property management. The primary objective of this role is to successfully execute tasks specifically in the areas of landscape maintenance and/or installs. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly support daily account activities and collaborate effectively with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Execute landscape maintenance and installation duties accurately and with a high level of attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain facilities by assisting in the cleaning and organizing of the greenhouse.
- Participate in specialized tasks, including client events, parties, holiday set-ups, tear downs, and seasonal spring and fall cleanups.
- Organize, store, and care for company property and equipment, while assisting the team with various daily shop duties.
- Support other departments with special projects by completing various assigned landscaping tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies while acting as a supportive team member to coworkers and associates.
Requirements
- Experience: Sufficient experience, knowledge, and skill in landscaping maintenance and/or landscape installation is highly preferred.
- Professionalism: Ability to present oneself in a professional manner to clients and maintain a professional approach to any job situation.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Culture Fit: Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Driving Credentials: A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
- Physical Capabilities: Must be able to safely perform the physical demands of the job.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18 – $25 / hour — based on experience.
