About the Position
The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member plays a critical role in preserving the beauty and vitality of clients' luxury residential properties. You will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, year-round maintenance services, including seasonal snow operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a dedicated lawn maintenance crew to deliver high-quality daily groundskeeping services.
- Operate tools and commercial equipment—including mowers, trimmers, and blowers—safely and efficiently.
- Execute all site tasks with precision to ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain luxury outdoor living spaces to uphold the highest standards of aesthetic appeal and quality.
- Assist with essential snow operations and winter management tasks during the colder months.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Physical stamina and capability to handle the rigorous, outdoor demands typical of lawn maintenance and landscaping.
- A valid driver's license is highly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- $19 - $22 per hour
