Earthborne Trucks and Equipment has proudly served Warrington, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas for over 50 years. Over time, we’ve become your sales, service and trucking go-to. We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts counter, serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven National Account Sales Representative to lead and grow relationships with our largest construction and forestry customers across the U.S. This role is all about building long-term partnerships, expanding national accounts, and driving revenue through strategic sales of equipment, parts, and service solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Grow national accounts within construction and forestry markets
- Develop strategic account plans to increase equipment, parts, and service sales
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership, fleet managers, and procurement teams
- Coordinate with regional sales teams and dealer partners to execute national agreements
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term service programs
- Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell solutions across customer fleets
- Track performance, forecast sales, and report on account activity
- Represent the company at industry events, job sites, and customer meetings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience (construction, forestry, heavy equipment, or industrial preferred)
- Proven success managing large, multi-location or national accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable traveling nationally
- Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating with internal teams
- CRM experience and strong sales forecasting skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
