All Green is looking for a licensed lawn care specialist who has experience using a ride-on spreader. You would be responsible for fertilizing and killing weeds on the lawn, treating pests, and performing a few other miscellaneous tasks. Our technicians are the face of our company, so we are looking for professionals who enjoy working with customers daily and can answer any questions they might have. This is a manual labor position and requires walking at a fast pace, pushing a spreader, lifting and carrying 50-pound bags, etc. Please also note that we are a chemical lawn care company, and we do not mow lawns or do any landscaping. We offer extensive training with an experienced and supportive team.

Work Experience:
- Experience working with herbicides and pesticides required
- Experience running a ride-on spreader required. Preferably a Steel Green machine, but any experience would be good.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a candidate who is certified in Commercial Core and 3A and is able to study for and obtain 7A.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; this is a deal-breaker. Our insurance company will not insure drivers whose license is not in good standing or who have had too many recent accidents or traffic violations.
- A drive to come to work every day and provide our customers with the best possible service
- Ability to lift/carry 50-pound bags of product and a fertilizer spreader in and out of the bed of your truck at each stop
- Ability to push a spreader loaded with fertilizer or drag a hose over approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of lawn, which translates into roughly 18-20 stops per day
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in the summer heat and spring and fall chill.
- Ability to safely work with different chemicals throughout the season and abide by state requirements for uniforms and other protective equipment, which is provided by the company.
