What You’ll Do
- Operate a crew for jobs that are outside of general landscaping and maintenance
- Tree & shrub pruning & removal that include climbing or an aerial lift
- Skid steer (full & mini’s) & excavator
- Hydro seeder & tractor slice seeder
- Stump grinding
- Plant installs & tear outs
- Snow removal in winter
Requirements
- 2-3 years of landscaping crew leader experience
- 2-3 years of climbing experience
- 3-5 years or equipment operation
- Knowledge of general landscape maintenance, plant ID & install, tree/shrub removal/stump grinding, seeding, pruning, and snow/ice management
- Strong multitasking & problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- $24-$32 an hour + 1.5 x over time + 3% commission on Upsells
