Drivers:
- Operate light- to medium-duty snow removal equipment (trucks, skid-steers, snow blowers) with extreme precision in tight, high-value residential settings.
- Execute back-dragging and detail-oriented plowing techniques around sensitive structures (garage doors, retaining walls).
- "White Glove" Clean-Up! A commitment to the final details.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, equipment usage, and incident reports.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate safety and cold weather gear.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience operating snow removal equipment on residential or complex commercial properties.
- The ability to pre-plan and execute snow stacking in designated, aesthetic, and non-intrusive areas.
- The ability to skillfully use the plow's back-dragging function (pulling snow away from garage doors, walls, and corners) to clear every inch without hitting sensitive structures.
- Precision Plowing Techniques and understanding how to plow and treat different surfaces.
- The ability to quickly adapt a route based on unexpected obstacles (e.g., a contractor van blocking a driveway) while maintaining the service timing for other clients.
- Must provide own transportation to work for assigned snow route.
- On-call availability to respond to snowstorms from November to March and willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to cold temperatures, snow, ice, and other inclement weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
