As Campground Manager, you'll oversee reservations, guest services,and day-to-day operations
for our 135-site RV parkrequiring strong operations and supervisory experience.
What you'll do every day to create great guest experiences:
- Keep our campers smiling by managing reservations, check-ins, and guest needs with a friendly, hands-on approach.
- Be the go-to person for customer support, resolving conflicts calmly and assisting with after-hours arrivals.
- Lead and coordinate campground staff, from work-campers to full-time assistants, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain the park's beauty and safety, from trash collection and landscaping to supporting emergency response efforts.
Our Minimum Required Experience, Education, or Training for this Role:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent anda valid driver's license.
- At least five (5) years of experience in operations or hotel/resort management & aminimum of two (2) years of experience in a manager or supervisor position.
- Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or closely related field is preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certificates are preferred for this position.
- Must be willing to work evening and overnight shift during emergency situations to ensure guest safety.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.

The starting annual wage is $54,985.71 and will increase to
$57,185.14annually after 6 months of successful probation.
