Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales Manager/Sales Director to lead our wholesale sales efforts in the United States and internationally. This role will focus on building strong relationships with growers, managing a small remote sales team, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate must be willing to live in close proximity to our company facilities in North Florida and will work at our administrative headquarters. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to grow market shares. · Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends. · Set, monitor and achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators for team. · Train, manage, and mentor a team of 2 to 3 remote sales representatives. · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance results. · Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, including growers and distributors. · Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. · Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop sales strategies. · Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and customer visits. · Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership. · Develop and implement plans to introduce new plant varieties- whether developed in-house or sourced externally- to target customers, ensuring successful market adoption and alignment with customer needs. · Maintain and update the company website with current plant offerings and availability.
