The Role
We're hiring a driven, experienced Manager to own our commercial enhancement operations in Charlotte. You will build and lead high-performing crews, ensuring superior quality and profitability across all projects—from complex hardscapes and drainage to irrigation and large-scale plantings.

What You'll Own
- Project Leadership:Â Manage all aspects of commercial enhancement projects (hardscapes, irrigation, plantings, drainage) from planning to completion.
- Team Development:Â Lead, train, and motivate a crew of 5-12 enhancement specialists, acting as the primary technical expert on site.
- Operational Efficiency:Â Read blueprints, optimize job routing and scheduling, and manage material procurement to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget.
- Client Success:Â Serve as the on-site contact, building strong client relationships that drive repeat business and branch growth.
- Financial Performance: Achieve monthly production goals and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
What You Need to Win
- 5+ years in commercial landscaping/construction, with 2+ years in a project or crew management role.
- Deep technical knowledge of hardscape installation, complex softscapes, and site drainage solutions.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints.
- Demonstrated financial accountability and success managing project P&L.
- Strong focus on quality control and team mentorship.
