Salary: $60,000–$80,000 a year (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (weather/seasonal variations may apply)

Founded in 2004, Bowman’s Best Lawn Care has grown into one of the leading lawn care providers in the Wilmington region. With a reputation built on hard work, reliability, and a commitment to excellence, we proudly serve hundreds of residential and commercial clients. Our team includes 15–20 crew members across three maintenance crews, two installation crews, and one lawn care treatment crew.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Landscaping Operations Manager to lead our field operations, support our crews, and help drive continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and is passionate about landscaping and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily operations of landscaping crews
- Hire, train and evaluate crew members
- Serve as the liaison between crew leaders and company ownership
- Provide leadership and guidance to crew leaders
- Ensure crews have necessary tools, materials and support
- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance logs
- Oversee truck maintenance and scheduling
- Conduct customer site visits for quality control and satisfaction
- Prepare proposals and estimates for new clients
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Help meet service revenue goals and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping operations or crew management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred — paid Spanish language education available
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Adaptability and sound judgment when faced with multiple competing priorities
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000–$80,000 a year (based on experience)
- Year-end performance bonus (based on company profit goals)
