We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, take pride in delivering high-quality service, and possess the skills to maintain and improve the health and appearance of residential and commercial lawns. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products safely and effectively.
- Diagnose and treat lawn problems such as weeds, pests, diseases, and poor soil conditions.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, spreaders, and sprayers.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding lawn care schedules, concerns, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete daily work logs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of tools and vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is a plus.
- Familiarity with lawn care chemicals and equipment is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
